How do you actually charge?
Welcome to charging with Cheap Charge!
If charging is to be terminated, the cable must be unlocked by the car; it is not enough to stop charging via the key, app, or screen.
Cheap Charge App:
1: Scan the QR code at the charging point and follow the instructions.
2: (For new Cheap Charge app users)
Register your details in the Cheap Charge app and link a payment card
3: Connect the charging cable to the car.
4: Select your charging point in the app and press ”start charging”.
Card Payment (reservation of 45 EUR):
1: Connect the charging cable to the car.
2: Select your charging point on the screen, then choose card payment.
3: Tap your card on the card terminal and wait up to 60 seconds for the charging to start.
Other Apps (Roaming):
1: Select the charging point in your app.
2: Plug in the cable and start charging via your app.
Important Information:
• Parking is only for active charging!
• When paying with a card via the app or terminal, a reservation of 500 SEK will be made by your bank, which will be released within 5 banking days.
